This process includes Assessment, Release and Integration

Assessment: This stage involves deep self-reflection to help clients identify the root of their challenges. It encourages clients to connect with the emotions and physical sensations associated with their struggles. By fully experiencing and acknowledging these feelings, clients can begin to release any stored energy or tension causing distress. The goal is to be fully present with these emotions, allowing them to surface and be fully felt.

Release: The release stage is focused on helping clients let go of emotional or energetic blockages hindering their growth and well-being. A safe and supportive environment is created for clients to fully express and process their emotions, sensations, and energy shifts. This may involve hands-on healing techniques or other energy practices to clear these blockages.

Integration: Integration is an essential part of the healing process. It’s about bringing the insights and experiences from the session into conscious awareness and applying them to daily life. This phase can take time, continuing for weeks or even months as the healing unfolds. At the end of the session, the practitioner may offer guidance on how to make positive life changes and implement the newfound wisdom in practical ways.

What Happens After the Session:

Following a session, it’s common to experience a range of emotions and physical sensations as the healing energy continues to work. It’s important to be gentle with yourself and allow time for full integration. Some people may feel lighter or more empowered, while others may feel spaced out or fatigued. These reactions are normal and usually pass within a couple of days.

Occasionally, clients may go through a "healing crisis," where intense emotions or physical symptoms may arise after the session. This is a sign that deeper blockages are being released. During this time, it’s important to approach yourself with kindness and compassion, allowing the healing process to unfold naturally.

After the session, ongoing self-care is crucial. This could include activities like meditation, journaling, or engaging in things that bring you joy and relaxation. Staying hydrated and nurturing your body is also important.
