1. Session Rescheduling:

   • If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule your session for a future date at no additional charge.

   • If a session is rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.

2. Cancellation:

   • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee:

   • If for any reason you feel that the session did not meet your expectations or needs, we encourage you to reach out to us within 3 days of the session. We will work with you to address any concerns or offer an alternative solution, but refunds will not be offered under these circumstances.

5. Refund Process:

   • Refund requests should be submitted via email or the contact method used to book your session.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Emergency Situations:

   • If there are any exceptional or emergency situations that prevent you from attending or completing a session, please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations.
